Position: Structural Design Assistant
Gross salary range: 7000 – 9100 PLN

What will your responsibilities include?

• Preparing reinforcement drawings for reinforced concrete structures

• Preparing formwork drawings (modeling in Revit software) for building structures
  (If you’re not familiar with Revit – don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything)

• Performing structural static calculations
  (If you haven’t done structural calculations before – that’s fine, if you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you step by step)

• Direct cooperation with architects, installation designers, etc.

What could your career path look like?

• You’ll start by learning standard procedures for creating reinforcement drawings
  (experience shows this stage takes about one year)

• If you demonstrate good spatial awareness, interpret geometry accurately and understand architecture,
  you’ll also take on structural modeling and formwork drawings

• Once you become confident in statics and the dependencies in structural design,
  you’ll begin working on structural calculations

• Your growth is entirely up to you — it will be tailored individually to your skills and ambitions

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of prefabricated structures

• Engineering degree in civil or structural engineering

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Allplan or SoftLab is an advantage

• Knowledge of Revit or Tekla is an advantage

• Knowledge of foreign languages (German, English) is an advantage

• Responsibility and engagement in your assigned tasks

• Independence, reliability, and attention to detail

Who we are / What we do

• Around 50% of our work is based on German construction drawings, where we provide:

  • structural calculations and position plans

  • formwork drawings

  • reinforcement drawings

  • steel structure projects

• The remaining ~50% of our work is carried out on the Polish market, where we acquire interesting and diverse projects

• We mainly operate in the area of reinforced concrete and steel — we rarely deal with wooden structures

• Even in uncertain times, we manage to maintain a steady flow of projects

• Our employee turnover is very low, which allows us to maintain stability and security within the company
